Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China-November 7, 2021, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital MicroPort^® MedBot^® Training Center was officially inaugurated. Ge Minghua, and Zhang Dahong, President and Vice President of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, and other hospital leaders attended the unveiling ceremony.

Toumai^® Laparoscopic Surgical Robot (hereinafter referred to as “Toumai^®”) independently researched and developed by Shanghai MicroPort MedBot (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MicroPort® MedBot® ") has recently successfully carried out 5 robot surgery training courses in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, involving dozens of experts and professors including urology, general surgery, gynecology and thoracic surgery of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. Through this series of robot surgery training courses, both MicroPort^® MedBot^® and Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital further improved the cooperation process and explored and established the training curriculum standards, laying a foundation for formal external certificated training and long-term standardized operation.
